Approaching Supervisory Situations with Confidence: Janet May, Sound Employment Solutions
This scenario-based, three-hour class is designed for new supervisors, supervisors who would like a refresher, leads, and aspiring supervisors to help them become comfortable in dealing with some of the less frequent but risky supervisory issues that may arise. Participants will work through real-life scenarios dealing with such issues as disability accommodations, leave requests, incidents of harassment, ethics violations, employee impairment, workplace violence, and employee procedural rights. Participants will gain confidence and improve their communications with their employees by learning how to handle these difficult situations.
