Who to Call
The Membership Services Coordinator is the main contact between the membership and the Pool staff. Contact her for questions or concerns about coverages, policy documents, risk management or loss prevention. Joanne coordinates the member training program, is responsible for communication by serving as the editor of our quarterly newsletter and annual report, develops the Enduris website, and works with members for ancillary policy renewals. She attends various association meetings and conferences to solicit membership requests and feedback, coordinates member satisfaction surveys, and assists with marketing efforts.

Suzanne Heath, Financial Services Coordinator
The Financial Services Coordinator is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She maintains our claim database and issues claim payments. She can help with questions about invoices, and property, vehicle and employee dishonesty coverage.

Sheryl Brandt, Director of Claims & Risk Management
The Director of Claims & Risk Management is responsible for managing all claims and risk management functions. This includes coverage and risk analysis, claims settlement, contract review and Evidence of Coverage requests. She also advises the membership on risk exposures, practical loss reduction practices, and questions regarding incidents and claims.
Scott Hanson, Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development is primarily responsible for the growth of the Pool membership, to spread risk across a broad and responsible member base. He facilitates the process of preparing and presenting a quote to help prospective members join the Pool. Additionally, with 15 years of insurance and risk management experience, he is a great resource for questions or concerns about coverages, policy documents and language, risk management and loss prevention.
Rafaela Ortiz, PhD, Director of Administration & Human Resources
The Director of Administration & Human Resources is responsible for the operational and human resource functions for Enduris. Her signature is on endorsements, binders, and employee dishonesty coverage. She is also responsible for re-insurance renewals and the members’ financial note. Rafaela also works closely with the Board of Directors by helping to develop and maintain their governance policies and manages the Board election process. She also serves as Enduris’ Public Records Officer.
Lynn Scharff CPA, Director of Finance
The Director of Finance is responsible for accounting and finance functions with the organization. This includes preparing the annual audit report, comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR), and tax reports. Lynn also coordinates the member renewal, including the member liability exposure questionnaire, and rating process.
Mark A. Kammers – Executive Director & CEO
The Executive Director is responsible for the performance and accountability of organizational operations and staff, and carries out his work at the direction of the Board approved governing policies and other Board decisions. He serves as a non-voting member of the Board, and provides advice and counsel to the Board in setting the direction for the Pool.
