This workshop is geared towards managers and supervisors with experience in their positions.
This latest addition to the Building Supervisory Skills series tackles more difficult challenges for managers and supervisors. The workshop will guide participants through concepts and tools to become more effective in their roles.
Public Sector Ethics: Ethical behavior is the basis for leadership and respect for supervisors and managers. Participants will learn how to recognize ethical issues and how to resolve them. Real cases are discussed to enable managers to learn how to make ethical decisions in situations that are not always obvious.
Leading Change: Change is inevitable in today's workplace. Organizations are challenged by the economy, new technologies, regulatory changes and new leadership. The Leading Change workshop provides supervisors and managers with tools to use in dealing with change themselves as well as leading their employees through change.
Motivating your team: Engaged employees are more productive, take accountability for their actions and position an organization to reach its goals. This session teaches managers and supervisors on what motivates employees and how to use this knowledge to create an engaged, motivated workforce.
