Implicit bias involves stereotyping, prejudice, and/or discrimination below conscious awareness in a manner that typically benefits oneself or one's group.  We all have biases.

This engaging presentation will describe the causes, consequences, and measurement of implicit bias as well as potential solutions for minimizing its impact.
