Annual Renewal Review

It is now time for all risk pool members to complete their online membership renewal application. Under the Intergovernmental contract between the District and the Pool, each member is required to provide Enduris with the annual information needed for rating purposes. Enduris must collect this information to renew reinsurance agreements and bind member coverage for the upcoming policy year beginning September 1, 2024. We value your partnership with Enduris and look forward to serving you this upcoming policy year

Policy Year 2025 Coverage Renewal 

(Effective September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025)

Instructions For Coverage Renewal: 
We appreciate your cooperation in promptly completing your annual renewal review. Please complete all sections and have them submitted to Enduris by May 15th. Members that have not completed the renewal questionnaire by the due date may be subject to a 10% contribution penalty.

To complete your renewal log into the Member Portal and complete your Exposure Update Questionnaire. While on the Member Portal be sure to also review your coverage schedules for any updates that may need to be reported. 

Logging into the Member Portal 
You can access the Member Portal from this page on our website. Please note there are two ways to log into the portal:

  • If you have created a login for the member website you can login at any time and click the Member Portal option from the top menu. 
  • If you have not create a login for the member website you can access the member portal through the legacy login here.
