Enduris provides a free training solution to conduct and document harassment prevention training. Members can access Lexipol’s Local Government University platform free of charge as a perpetual “thank you” for being an Enduris member and promoting risk reduction practices.
This is a value-added benefit provided at no cost for Enduris members!

Members have access by following this link to Enduris’ Local Government University landing page: Enduris.localgovu.com
Each member can manage their own unique training platform and assign courses to the workforce. The member-administrator can monitor progress through their own dashboard.
Members’ employees can be assigned the course through their work email, log in, track their own progress, complete the course, and take a short exam. The administrator can track trainings by employee and issue certificates of completion. Documentation is saved.
Local Government University has over 200 risk management courses that can help members reduce their risk. A claim prevented is pain prevented. Thank you for being a partner in risk management!
