As mentioned in the Spring Newsletter, Enduris welcomed two new board members – Donna Watts, Finance Director/Auditor from Port of Pasco and Sara Young, Executive Director from Port of Skagit –We are excited to have Donna and Sara onboard and they already brought significant collaboration to the Board. The Board Development Committee (BDC Chair BiJay Adams and Vicki Carter) are continually looking for members that are interested in becoming a Director on the Board. We are in the midst of the Enduris Board of Directors’ election process. The ballots and voting instructions were sent by email (via SurveyMonkey) on June 1, 2022. The deadline to return the ballots is July 14, 2022. We value your opinion as our members, and we hope you were able to vote! If not, there is still time, and would appreciate you taking a moment to submit your vote! Counting of ballots and announcement of election results will be ratified at the Board Meeting that will be held on August 18, 2022. If you have any questions regarding the elections process, please contact Shawna Masterton at (509) 838-0910. The next scheduled Board meeting will be held on August 18, 2022 – this will be a hybrid meeting of in person at the Enduris office, and virtual video/telephone conferencing. A link and access code will be provided to those requesting to join the meeting. Please contact Shawna if you plan to attend the meeting so we can get an accurate count for planning purposes.
