Enduris provides cyber coverage for many (but not all) pool members. For renewals starting 9/1/2026, if your membership carries Property coverage with Enduris, cyber is included coverage – unless the member elected to opt out. Members without property coverage through Enduris are ineligible to participate in the cyber coverage program. Same as in past years, Enduris does not charge a contribution premium to the member for cyber coverage.
Members that carry cyber coverage will have a cyber coverage insurance policy uploaded year by year to their member portal site.
Cyber coverage under the Enduris program is backed by one of the largest cyber insurance syndicates in the world, Beazley. The Enduris cyber program for members renews on 9/1 with their other Enduris coverage.
Cyber coverage provides a $2,000,000 aggregate limit per member/participant. Please note, there are many sub-limits (limitations) for certain types of loss built within the policy. The reinsured program has a $75,000,000 cap for all losses incurred in the reinsured program.
Claims note: Enduris must be notified of an incident or loss immediately. Cyber policies have very restrictive language related to loss notification. Inform Enduris immediately upon knowledge of an incident or claim.
Examples of coverage provided within the cyber program include:
- Breach response and notification costs
- Cyber extortion
- Data recovery costs
- Business interruption loss
- E-crime funds transfer fraud, fraudulent instruction, telephone fraud
- Invoice manipulation
- Payment card liability
Take steps to prevent becoming a victim. Enduris is providing additional risk prevention resources on our website.
Please review your Memorandum of Coverage for further details on cyber coverage, limits, conditions, and terms. If you would like more information, please contact Member Relations at MemberRelations@enduris.us or (800) 462-8418, option 2.
