Cyber Incident Response Template Training
Audience:
Executive leadership, IT staff, risk managers, and any staff responsible for cybersecurity, emergency response, or organizational risk management.
Description:
This training introduces Enduris members to the Cyber Incident Response Plan (IRP) Template developed in partnership with Beazley Security. The session is designed to help participants understand how to effectively prepare for, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents using a structured, practical framework.
Participants will walk through the Incident Response Plan Template and learn how to tailor it to their organization. The training will cover key components such as roles and responsibilities, incident classification, response procedures, and post-incident activities. The template is aligned with industry standards, including NIST guidance, and is intended to strengthen organizational readiness against evolving cyber threats.
This session also supports the broader initiative to enhance cybersecurity maturity across Enduris membership by providing tools and guidance to reduce risk and improve incident response capabilities.

Participant Expectations:
Participants are expected to have video camera and microphone capabilities. Active participation is encouraged, including engagement in discussion and interactive components using audio or chat features as directed by the presenter.
Registration:
- Attendance credit will be given only to registered participants who attend the full session.
- Cancellations must be made at least two business days prior to the training. Registrants who do not attend and fail to cancel may be subject to a $50 No-Show Fee.
