Leadership Transition Announcement
Enduris is pleased to welcome Amanda Kasper as our new Director of Claims. Amanda brings a strong commitment to service, collaboration, and claims excellence, and we are excited to have her join the Enduris leadership team. In her role, Amanda will oversee the claims department and continue advancing Enduris’ mission of supporting our members through responsive, thoughtful, and effective claims management.
This leadership transition coincides with an important milestone for our organization. After 22 years of dedicated service, Executive Director Sheryl Brandt will retire on May 31, 2026. Sheryl’s leadership, vision, and steadfast commitment to Enduris and its members have left a lasting impact. Her contributions have strengthened the organization and positioned it well for the future, and we extend our sincere gratitude for her many years of service.
Following Sheryl’s retirement, Holly Nelson will assume the role of Executive Director. Holly brings deep organizational knowledge, strong leadership experience, and a clear focus on continuity and growth. Her appointment reflects Enduris’ commitment to thoughtful succession planning and to building on the strong foundation already in place.
Together, these leadership changes mark an exciting new chapter for Enduris. We are grateful for Sheryl’s legacy, enthusiastic about Holly’s leadership, and pleased to welcome Amanda as she steps into her role supporting our members and strengthening our claims operations.
