Enduris and MRSC Announce Partnership
We are proud to announce our recent partnership with Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC). Until now, MRSC has provided governance, policy and legal research primarily to Washington cities and counties. Starting immediately, all Enduris members have access to a full array of services provided by MRSC at no additional cost to Enduris members.
These value added services include research on issues such as municipal law, budget and finance, public administration, planning and growth management and public works. There is also a vast store of sample documents, publications, e-newsletters and other practical reference material for your use.

New Risk Management Handbook On-line
Writing a lease or facilities use agreement but not sure where to begin? Contracting for a project and unsure what to require of the contractor so your district is protected? Need a policy for vehicle usage? How about a volunteer policy? Or, maybe you are just curious about steps that can be taken to prevent common claims.
Enduris has recently launched a comprehensive on-line Risk Management Handbook for your benefit to answer questions like these and many more.
As a member driven organization, we are always in search of ways to enhance our service to members and help them protect their district. One of our goals is to meet your needs with topical training and risk management resources in ways that work for you.
The new Risk Management Handbook offers a comprehensive list of resources like sample lease agreements, service & construction contracts, indemnification & hold harmless language, as well as loss prevention strategies, policies & recommendations. There are many additional risk management topics addressed in the handbook to help you protect your district and we will continually add topics of interest.
