Enduris recently asked members to let us know how we are doing via a survey. Thank you for your feedback.

We love to hear from you and learn how we can improve and confirm what services you value. We also appreciate your kind words about staff that have made a difference in your day by providing exceptional service.

The highlights of the survey responses indicate over 95% of respondents are satisfied with overall membership, service, coverage, and rates. We did receive a few comments related to increased rates at renewal, and this has been the most common remark I receive when visiting with members.

We understand your concern and are taking proactive steps to keep our rates as low and stable as possible. This is challenging when the pool’s excess property coverage rates have increased over 200% in the last 5 years. Enduris has been able to insulate members from this dramatic rise in rates; however, increases were necessary to ensure financial stability so we can pay your claims now, next year, and in the future.

We reported the results of the survey to the Enduris Board of Directors at the most recent board meeting in November and reviewed them with the staff. Your feedback is vital to our success, and we use it to make Enduris a stronger organization.
